香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种拮抗细菌的初步筛选及鉴定_基因-论文网

但陈冲等报道蜡状芽孢杆菌可抑制白粉病的定殖,从而达到防治白粉病的效果;李柏青等报道将蜡状芽孢杆菌与青枯雷尔氏菌强致病力菌株进行共同培养后,青枯雷尔氏菌强致病力菌株丧失致病力。本研究证实蜡状芽孢杆菌对香蕉枯萎病菌具有抑制作用,但能否应用于生产,还有待进一步研究。

本试验中拮抗菌的鉴定仅是通过拮抗菌的16SrDNA序列和生理生化反应进行的初步鉴定,仍需利用分子杂交方法对拮抗菌株进行准确鉴定。
