| （五）关于长株潭区域性金融中心的研究
虽然近年来研究长株潭一体化和两型社会建设的文献很多，但具体到长株潭区域性金融中心的文献极少。从课题组掌握的资料来看，傅丽华（2004）分析了株洲CBD的起源和发展，对株洲CBD进行了合理规划。金继晶、郑伯红（2008）以长沙市为实证，分析了CBD选址与其空间分布特征及时空演变的关系。何磊、郑伯红（2008）研究了长沙CBD的区位选址，分析了长沙CBD建设的区位优势、选择模式和具体区位选择。吴大庆（2008）探讨了长株潭区域性金融中心与“两型社会”建设的关系，特别从金融基础建设、金融创新、金融市场和金融生态四方面提出建议。胡愈、柳思维（2008）研究了长株潭农村物流与区域金融中心的关系。袁振华（2008）在讨论长株潭的金融发展战略时提到要建构长株潭区域性金融中心。
从整个20世纪来看,西方许多学者注意用不同的理论和方法来研究金融中心问题,并对以前的总结和以后的展望都有了一定的系统性和完整性。但研究所遇到的困难和挑战也随之出现，这主要是由于金融中心研究涉及领域的广泛性和复杂性,从而使20世纪90年代后的金融中心理论研究出现了衰落。而且西方学者基于自由市场经济理论往往只注重金融中心形成和影响因素的市场化过程，而忽略了政府的主动导向与控制，这也正是当前国际金融中心衍生出严重金融危机的主要原因。
可见，国内众多的理论研究及对某个具体区域性金融中心的研究为我们对长株潭建设国家区域性金融中心的研究提供了现实基础，但是一方面这些研究几乎都是停留在理论、问题或政策探讨层面上，除了选址实证外几乎没有涉及到金融中心的具体设计；另一方面对长株潭区域性金融中心的研究还十分粗糙，基本上还是必要性的论述，没有深入研究其具体内容和政策体系。所以，深入研究长株潭建设国家区域性金融中心的具体设计和政策支持体系是亟待深入的重要课题。
