WangHeng-Chang等也表明,染色体片段和落后染色体可以导致微核形成。实验中末期Ⅰ,末期Ⅱ及四分体时期的微核来源于分裂过程中染色体片段和落后染色体。观察还发现落后染色体发生的频率随着减数分裂进行逐渐降低,这可能与进入末期,染色体片段和落后染色体随机分布或丢失有关,与此同时,落后染色体的移动速度较慢,可能是导致减数分裂不同步的主要原因。
四分体时期,出现染色体多极分裂等异常现象。根据李雅轩、王祖秀、唐仙英、胡丹艳等的观点,作者推断龙眼染色体多极分裂,形成多分孢子,可能与纺锤体定位异常有关。但本实验中未观察到清晰的纺锤体形态。有关纺锤体对减数分裂染色体异常行为的作用机制,有待更深入研究。
