因此,本实验结果认为四季蜜可能起源于云南。这与钟伟等研究结果不一致。要进一步确认热带龙眼及四季蜜的起源,还需采集更多代表基因型与分子标记技术相结合进行研究。龙荔与龙眼是同属不同种的近缘种,且为半野生种。本实验分析发现,龙荔与泰国依登和苗翘亲缘关系最近,但相似系数都没有大于0.700。SCoT分子标记聚类图中龙荔并不是在遗传相似系数最低的时候分开的,这可能是由于SCoT分子标记能产生与性状联系的特点有关。
4结论
利用SCoT和ISSR分子标记技术对国内外龙眼种质资源DNA的遗传多样性进行了检测,两种分子标记都可以把37份龙眼材料区分开,可以作为龙眼分类的有力工具。UPGMA聚类分析表明,中国的龙眼种质遗传多样性较高,泰国和越南较低。
