根据各市的优度大小可得17个区域的优劣顺序,由上表可以看出省会城市合肥并不是房地产可持续能力最强的,排在前五位的依次是马鞍山、淮北、合肥、安庆和阜阳。这个评价结果和实际基本是一致的。
结束语
本文在构建安徽省房地产可持续发展能力指标体系的基础上,对安徽省17个城市的21个指标关于房地产可持续发展能力做出了定性与定量的分析,从而地方政府领导的决策提供了客观、准确的依据,也为房地产开发商进行有效的决策提供了新的方法。实际上,可以运用这种方法对其他省市进行房地产可持续发展能力评价。
