前人研究也说明植物具有很强的光适应性,改变光照条件,其光合特性将发生相应变化。虽然海拔最高和最低果园的暗呼吸速率和光补偿点较低,可减少自身的消耗,但光合速率远小于1786m果园的,所以海拔太高或太低均不利于青脆李更好[MS28]的生长和积累。高海拔果园光合速率降低,可能与叶绿素含量下降[MS29],植物产生胁迫作用有关。
海拔升高,短波光增强,不利于青脆李叶片叶绿素a和b的合成,而利于叶黄素的合成。童哲研究发现蓝紫光降解叶绿素,特别是叶绿素b,促进类萝卜素合成。试验表明叶绿素a/b光的利用率密切相关,[MS30]进而表明叶绿素a含量越多,对光的利用能力越高。[MS31]叶黄素能提高叶片对强光的利用能力。[MS32]
生理辐射的总辐射及短波光越强,利于果实TSS、Vc及糖积累,但不利于有机酸积累和果实的增大。[MS33]这可能与叶绿素强烈吸收蓝紫光,促进碳水化合物积累,促进TSS和糖的含量。姜仲书等在苹果上的研究也有近似结果。但引起果实品质的生态生理机理还有待进一步研究。
4小结
青脆李在低海拔对弱光的利用能力强,在高海拔对强光的利用能力强,[MS34]而生理辐射强度随海拔升高而增强,表明青脆李对环境强光和相对弱光都具有一定的适宜能力[MS35]。
叶绿素a/b高,利于光的利用,而叶黄素能提高强光的利用能力。生理辐射的总辐射及短波光越强,利于果实TSS、Vc及糖积累,但不利于有机酸积累和果实的增大。[MS36]
