通过图像拼接实验,表明了该方法降低了对拍摄者和拍摄条件的要求,具有很强的实用性、适应性和灵活性。从对边缘保持和接缝的平滑性来讲,算法简便、易程序化,具有较高的精度和较强的鲁棒性,更能得到视觉上自然过渡和无缝拼接。从某种程度上讲,为边缘匹配问题提供了一种新的解决途径。
