多脉冲喷射等燃烧控制参数对柴油机低负荷排放特性和效率影响的实验研究-论文网

⑶多脉冲四次喷射模式下,起始喷射定时为-80°CAATDC,EGR率大于50%时,提高进气压力至2.0bar时能进一步降低NOx至0.13g/kWh,降低Soot排放至0.083FSN,同时进一步提高指示热效率至45.7%。

⑷多脉冲四次喷射模式下,积聚态和核态的微粒数浓度随着起始喷射定时、共轨压力、进气压力以及EGR率的变化呈现出不同的变化趋势。但积聚态的平均粒径大小均在40~65nm范围内;且核态平均粒径大小也均在12~18nm范围内。
